Private 1-2-1 Yoga sessions

These classes can be in person or via the internet, depending on your location.

Some of the reasons One-to-ones are perfect:

if you are looking to develop your practice; or if you work late; work from home; would prefer not to come to a public class; or are unable to get childcare.  

One-to-ones take place in your home at a time that's mutually agreed.

One-to-ones feature individually tailored programs, including homework exercises and plans (without a regular practice improvement will be very slow) to help you meet your goals.

One-to-Ones  are purchased in blocks in advance, in order for you to get the results you desire and feel the way you want to feel.

Hatha 1-2-1

Do you want to feel stronger, more toned and more supple, are you frustrated as you are trying to loose weight and you are not seeing the results you want? Well in a private yoga session we can focus on your goals and also incorporate some Ayurveda diet and lifestyle tips, so that you have a personal exercise and if you wish a lifestyle plan to work on during the week. These sessions also available with couples so you can both inspire and encourage one another.

Clients that come to me in Pregnancy often find they can't make it to the regular pregnancy yoga classes, or have a specific issue like back pain that they want to work on. I am also able to incorporate birth sessions within the class, so as you get near to your due date we have looked at a birth circuit around your home and what positions will work best for you.

People still struggle to understand how online classes work but once you have experienced one you will be surprised how enjoyable it is not to have to leave your home. Postnatal sessions can be done on your own or with baby, you are welcome to try both to see which feels best for you. Sadly postnatal realignment is very poor in this country. Postnatal sessions are great as we are able to stabilize the pelvis, access if the abdominal muscles have closed. Build strength in the back and your core. These bespoke session are so beneficial for you to be able to focus on yourself and start to feel confident and empowered in your body. Ayurveda diet and lifestyle solutions can also be included in these sessions if you have baby weight to loose.
