Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable from 14 weeks to full term (40wks +). I am Birthlight trained to level 3, and have taught over 500 pregnant women in over 7yrs of teaching Antenatal Yoga. These class are a delight to teach, Yogasisters welcomes the uniqueness of all pregnant women.
It is really important to choose a class where safe yoga practices are taught, by qualified and experienced teachers. Please choose wisely Birthlight classes focus on a holistic approach to birth intergrating body, mind and emotions.

No previous yoga experience is required, no problem if you can't touch your toes, because its not something we do in class!
Classes are booked in Blocks of 5 consecutive classes - £50 & drop in's available £12 - 90mins class.
