Birth baby & beyond programme
Personalised support to help you prepare for birth and feel supported in the early weeks with your baby.
As birth gets closer, you may find yourself wondering:
Will I cope? Which positions might help? What if things don’t go as I hope?
Perhaps there is a particular worry on your mind, or you would simply like some individual time to bring together everything you’ve learned.
Birth, Baby & Beyond gives you space to talk, prepare and focus on what matters to you—with support that continues after your baby arrives.
Time to focus on you
Recommended from around 36 weeks of pregnancy, this programme is tailored to your physical and emotional preparation for birth.
There is no fixed list of things you have to work through. Together, we’ll explore where you would welcome more support and shape your sessions around you.
You might want to:
Practise birth positions and movements so they feel more familiar.
Explore breathing and relaxation techniques you can draw on during labour.
Talk through fears or worries that are affecting your confidence.
Give attention to previous experiences that are on your mind.
Take time to feel more prepared for birth and the changes ahead.
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you need. We can work that out together.

Hypnotherapy to support your preparation
Your programme includes one in-person hypnotherapy session or two online hypnotherapy sessions, offering dedicated time to work with the fears or worries you would like support with.
The aim is to help you feel calmer and build confidence in your ability to meet the experience ahead, while allowing room for the uncertainties of birth.
You don’t have to feel completely fearless or positive all the time. All of your feelings are welcome.

Support that continues after birth
Once your baby arrives, I’m still here for you. There is no pressure to get in touch straight away—some mums welcome support early on, while others contact me after four or five weeks, once they feel ready.
I offer a weekly Thursday Zoom call for postnatal support. If Thursday doesn’t work for you and your baby, we can arrange a suitable time.
We’ll start gently, with breathing exercises to support your postnatal recovery. There is also space to talk about how you’re feeling, changes you’ve noticed—including bladder changes—and eating well while caring for your baby. Where something needs specialist advice, I’ll encourage you to speak with the appropriate healthcare professional.
You can feed, change or comfort your baby throughout our call. This is time for you, without any expectation that your baby will follow a timetable.
Your membership: from pregnancy to postnatal yoga
Your existing £70 monthly yoga membership continues for the first two months after birth, giving you continuity of support through the Birth, Baby & Beyond programme.
From the third month, your membership changes to the £59 monthly Mum & Baby - postnatal yoga rate, with a place available to you in any of my postnatal classes.
When you’re ready to return, you’ll have a familiar teacher and a welcoming space to move, spend time with your baby and meet other mums.
