I started attending the class at 14 weeks until birth at 38 weeks. The classes are very reasonable and I would recommend spending money on this rather than on NCT classes. Karina is a brilliant teacher.

The Pregnancy Yoga Classes are based on Birthlight's holistic approach to pregnancy. A time to nurture both mother & baby, ease any pregnancy symptoms.  The Antenatal classes are suitable from 14 weeks to full term (40 weeks +).

MOST IMPORTANTLY - No previous yoga experience is necessary.

These classes are a delight to teach, Yogasisters welcomes the uniqueness of all pregnant women accepting everyone exactly as they are which is reflected in the warm and welcoming classes, which are fun, friendly and help you to enjoy your pregnancy as much as possible.
