Pregnancy Yoga, antenatal classes are suitable from 14 weeks to full term (40 weeks +). I am Birthlight trained to level 3, and have taught nearly 600 pregnant women in over 8 years of teaching Antenatal Yoga. These class are a delight to teach, Yogasisters welcomes the uniqueness of all pregnant women.

I started attending the class at 14 weeks until birth at 38 weeks. The classes are very reasonable and I would recommend spending money on this rather than on NCT classes. Karina is a brilliant teacher.

Its really important to choose a class where safe yoga practices are taught, by qualified and experienced teachers. Please choose wisely Birthlight classes focus on a holistic approach to birth intergrating body, mind and emotions.
